3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

 

4. Bookings, Payment, and Fees.

• All bookings must be made through our official Website or authorized representatives.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchasing a service using approved payment methods.

• Any additional fees, taxes, or charges related to your transaction are your responsibility.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy for Online Consultations.

The following policies apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows for online consultations:

5.1. Cancellation Policy.

• Cancellation 24 hours or more before the consultation:

  • A cancellation fee of 25% of the original consultation price will be charged if the client requests a refund.

  • If no refund is requested, the amount can be converted into client credit for future use without any additional fees.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the consultation:

  • A cancellation fee of 100% of the original consultation price will be charged.

  • No refund will be issued, but the amount can be converted into client credit for future use, subject to a 20% administrative fee.

5.2. Rescheduling Policy.

• Rescheduling 24 hours or more before the consultation:

  • The client may reschedule the consultation once free of charge.

  • Any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to a 20% administrative fee per request.

• Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the consultation:

  • A rescheduling fee of 20% of the original consultation price will be charged.

• Rescheduling 2 hours or less before the consultation:

  • A rescheduling fee of 50% of the original consultation price will be charged.

5.3. No-Show Policy.

• If a client fails to attend the consultation within 10 minutes after the start time:

  • The full consultation fee (100%) will be charged.

  • No refund will be issued, but the client may convert the amount into credit for future use, subject to a 50% administrative fee.

5.4. Cancellation by the Company.

• If the consultation is canceled by Sama Kingdom LLC for any reason, the full amount paid will be refunded to the client within 14–21 business days.

• Alternatively, the client may choose to convert the amount into credit for future use, with 10% of the total value added as compensation for the cancellation.

5.5. Late Arrival Policy.

• If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the company reserves the right to consider the consultation canceled and apply the appropriate cancellation policy.

5.6. Credit Policy.

• Unused client credit will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

5.7. Refund Processing Time.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days and issued to the original payment method.

5.8. Special Circumstances.

• In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, clients may contact support at admin@samakingdom.com to request a waiver of fees, subject to verification and approval.

6. Intellectual Property Rights.

• All content, materials, and proprietary information on the Website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of Sama Kingdom LLC.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our Website without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability.

• Sama Kingdom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
